Each extension has its own voicemail account and works just like the voicemail on the master account. You can record your own personal message directly, whenever you like, use the pre-programmed message that we provide or use your own professionally recorded MP3 and upload it.
You can even use Voipfone's Voice Artists to do it for you. Voicemail is your digital answering machine, but unlike a normal answering machine you can get your messages from almost anywhere and any phone; from the web and even by email.

You can access your voicemail for free using 1571 from your Voipfone. See below if you are using our PBX.
If you're out of the office you can access your email from any telephone by calling 0843 1 760 760. If you're abroad dial the international number 0044 843 1 760 760). You will be asked for your Voipfone telephone account number (the 300XXXXX one) and your password.
You can record your own message and select many more functions by calling 1571 and choosing the relevant option when you are prompted.
If you use our PBX service you can have multiple voicemail boxes - one main account mailbox and also one per extension.
Any numbers you have set to 'Ring Extension Group' will go to the main account voicemail if you're unavailable.
To access messages on the main account voicemail and the Group Voicemail - call 1572 from any phone on your PBX.
To access the individual extension's voicemail dial 1571 from the relevant extension.
