To give customers even more confidence, in the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be settled locally, the ITSPA Code of Practice contains an easily accessible dispute resolution scheme for the purpose of bringing such complaint to a satisfactory conclusion.

We think that mobile telephone calls are not only far too expensive but also priced and sold in deliberately confusing ways.
In particular, calls to and from mobiles and all international calls are wickedly expensive.
Do you know how much they cost? You might be surprised. If you'd like to be in control of you mobile and save yourself a lot of money we have a few tricks that may help.
Depending on you package, many service providers charge around 40p per minute for calls from your Pay As You Go mobile to other mobiles and around 20p to their own network and landlines. Ofcom and consumer groups are rightly concerned about these charges because you, the caller, can't choose which network to call, you have to call the network your friend is on – but you don't know how much it will cost!
And if you call internationally or travel abroad with your mobile it gets worse. Did you know, for example, that even when you receive a call from home when you are on holiday you could be charged as much as £1.65 per minute for just answering it? And, of course, calls from mobile to international destinations are ridiculously expensive.
