in the way that an ITSPA member will do business with them.
ITSPA members are required to comply with current legislative and regulatory requirements supplemented by the ITSPA Code of Practice, which provides guidance and information to members and their customers.
To give customers even more confidence, in the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be settled locally, the ITSPA Code of Practice contains an easily accessible dispute resolution scheme for the purpose of bringing such complaint to a satisfactory conclusion.

Voipfone
number
or
customer,
or
someone
on
another
VoIP
network
that
has
partnered
with
us,
the
call
is
totally
free.If you transfer to someone with an ordinary
telephone or a mobile phone anywhere in the world you will
be charged at our standard low prices.

If you choose one of our Inclusive Minutes Packages, calls
to included countries are charged at less than 1p/min..
How
Do I Use It?
Go to www.voipfone.co.uk and
log into ‘Your
Account’. Click on the ‘Set
Call Diverts’ icon. Type in the number you want
to divert your calls to and click ‘submit’. If
you want to stop the divert just delete the number and re-submit.
