If you’re going out but still need to receive an important call, you can divert your Voipfone calls to any number, anywhere. This is especially useful if you want to divert your calls to your mobile phone or a colleague’s office or friends home.

 

How Much Does It Cost?

 

If you divert the call to another Voipfone number or customer, or someone on another VoIP network that has partnered with us, the call is totally free.If you transfer to someone with an ordinary telephone or a mobile phone anywhere in the world you will be charged at our standard low prices.

If you choose one of our Inclusive Minutes Packages, calls to included countries are charged at less than 1p/min.

 

How Do I Use It?

 

Go to www.voipfone.co.uk and log into ‘Your Account’. Click on the ‘Set Call Diverts’ icon. Type in the number you want to divert your calls to and click ‘submit’. If you want to stop the divert just delete the number and re-submit.
