The ITSPA Code of Practice is designed to help customers by ensuring that they receive suitable information in advance of agreeing to buy internet telephony services so that they can have confidence in the way that an ITSPA member will do business with them.

ITSPA members are required to comply with current legislative and regulatory requirements supplemented by the ITSPA Code of Practice, which provides guidance and information to members and their customers.

To give customers even more confidence, in the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be settled locally, the ITSPA Code of Practice contains an easily accessible dispute resolution scheme for the purpose of bringing such complaint to a satisfactory conclusion.

Your customers can be contacted on an ordinary telephone or a mobile phone anywhere in the world and you will only be charged at our standard low prices.You can find out how much these calls cost by using either the Call Cost Calculator or the Voipfone Calling rates boxes on the left. If you choose one of our Inclusive Minutes Packages, calls to included countries are charged at less than 1p per minute.

Please remember that you will need to have calling credit on your account and you will need to have somebody available to answer the calls!

How Do I Use It?

It's small button that you put on your web site. Your customers click on the button, and they will see a small window (See example below) they then type their telephone number in to the box provided and Voipfone instantly calls your Voipfone number (or you can divert to a landline or mobile phone). As soon as you answer the call you are connected to your customer's number, seamlessly.
