The Voipfone Call Me Back™ web button is a clever way of getting your customers to call you, perhaps as a way of driving sales from your web site or as part of a your customer support service it can help to reduce website bounces and increase sales.
How Much Does The Call Me Back Web Button Cost?
The calls are free to your customers and very low cost to you (a fraction of the cost of an 0800 number for example). The button is free of charge, just help yourself to the code.
You only pay for the calls that are made when the button is used.If the call is from another Voipfone customer the call is totally free.
So, if you are using this feature to, say, provide regular customer service, it makes sense to get your customer to sign up for Voipfone too.
Your customers can be contacted on an ordinary telephone or a mobile phone anywhere in the world and you will only be charged at our standard low prices.

If you choose one of our Inclusive Minutes Packages, calls to included countries are charged at less than 1p per minute.
Please remember that you will need to have calling credit on your account and you will need to have somebody available to answer the calls!
How Do I Use It?
The Call me Back web button small button that you put on your web site.
Your customers click on the button, and they will see a small window (See example right).
Your customer then types their telephone number in to the box provided. Next our system will instantly call your Voipfone number (or you can divert to a landline or mobile phone).
As soon as you answer the call you are connected to your customer's number, seamlessly.

What's the difference between the FREE and Pro Versions?
The FREE version. is a simple product best for a single number.
The Pro version
Uses your own logo and branding
You can upload an image in either jpg or gif format that is 350 pixels wide and 45 pixels high to customise your Call Me Back.
Includes a destination selector (so that you can decide the origin of the customers who may call you)
You may not want the whole world to call you or maybe you do! Call Me Back Pro™ allows you to decide who can call you for free. Just tick the boxes for the destinations you want.
includes a business hours selector (so you can choose opening and closing times)
With Call Me Back Pro you can set the times your customers can call you so that you only receive calls when you want to. When you have made your choices click the ‘Save Settings’ button.
Note changes happen in real time so if you want to close your Call Me Back Pro service at any time outside your normal routine you can do so by changing the settings
