How Much Does It Cost?
If you transfer the call to another Voipfone customer, or someone on another VoIP network that has partnered with us, the call is totally free
.
If you transfer to someone with an ordinary telephone or a mobile phone anywhere in the world you will be charged at our standard low prices.
You can find out how much these calls cost by using either the Call Cost Calculator or the Voipfone Calling rates boxes on the left.If you choose one of our Inclusive Minutes Packages, calls to included countries are charged at less than 1p per minute.
How Do I Use It?
To transfer a call, just press the # key twice (quickly) for example ## and then dial the number of the person you want to transfer your caller to and your phone will then hang up. The caller will hear music while waiting to be transferred.
