You can now have a telephone number in another country (that any ordinary telephone can call). If you have business or family overseas we can provide you with telephone numbers for your foreign office or home there. These numbers are high quality, PSTN (E1) connections, direct from the country of origin into our network here in the UK. They are therefore fully suitable for business use and call quality and reliability can be guaranteed

1. European Geographic numbers:
Callers to these numbers will be charged their normal rate for an own-country call. ie a caller in Paris will be making a local call if he dialled the French number.

Any call from another Voipfone customer (in any country) to a Voipfone international number is free of charge to both parties.
When someone calls these numbers from an ordinary telephone your Voipfone account will be charged at the incoming rates shown above for the duration of the call.
The numbers can be called from any telephone, anywhere, but if they are called from outside the country of origin it becomes an international call charged at your caller's provider's rates.
Calls are charged per second with a minimum charge of 2p.
You must have calling credit on your account to use these numbers.
2. USA International Freephone numbers (00-1-866 Toll Free numbers)
These numbers are high quality, PSTN (E1) connections, direct from the country of origin into our network here in the UK. They are therefore fully suitable for business use (ie. they are not routed via the pubic internet where quality can not be guaranteed).

Callers are not charged for dialling these numbers from anywhere in the USA.
Any call from another Voipfone customer to a Voipfone US Freephone number is totally free of charge to both parties.
When someone calls your US number from an ordinary telephone your Voipfone account will be charged at 5p per minute (Ex VAT) for the duration of the call.
The toll free US numbers can be called from outside the USA but your caller will be charged for an international call at their normal rates by their operator.
Calls are charged per second with a minimum charge of 5p.
You must have calling credit on your account to use these numbers.
