Please note: Calls transfered to other voipfone or voip users are FREE If you choose one of our Inclusive Minutes Packages, calls to inclusive countries are charged at less than 1p per minute.
If you transfer the call to another Voipfone customer, or someone on another VoIP network that has partnered with us, the call is totally free. If you transfer to someone with an ordinary telephone or a mobile phone anywhere in the world you will be charged at our standard low prices.

To transfer a call just press the # key twice for example ## and then dial the number of the person you want to connect to. The caller will hear music while waiting to be transferred. When the called party answers you simply hang up and they are connected.
