Voipfone for Charities
Voipfone wants to help where it can and we provide most of our services free to small, UK registered charities.
What we can provide for free
We include the majority of our monthly charged services eg telephone and fax numbers, PBX Extensions, Call Queues, Voice Response Systems, Call Barring and Web Call back tools etc
We exclude telephone calling credit, call minutes and SMS packages, broadband access and telephone equipment.
How to apply
Email us at giving details of your charity and an outline of the type of services that you need.
(If you’re unsure what you need, give us a call on 020 7043 5555 and we’ll help you.)
You must be a registered UK charity and have less than 20 people who need telephones. (If you’re bigger than that, we may still be able to help you but we’ll need to discuss it with your IT specialist so that we know you have the necessary infrastructure to support the service properly.)
You may bring your own telephone equipment and use any broadband provider you like but we expect you to use our service for outbound telephone calls.
What’s the catch?
None - we reserve the right to refuse, but we won’t refuse any reasonable request.
We only ask that if you take our free services that you don’t abuse them by taking more than you need and will actually use (you can always ask us for more if you grow or change how you’re organised.)
If you have a web site or use publicity materials it would be nice to be listed as a supporter of your charity so that others can benefit from our services too.
