Setting up Call Me Back is simple, first you need to go to the Package Builder Call Me Back Free page - you will not be charged or asked for your credit card details. Then, go to the Call Me Back Setup page in the Control Panel and follow the instructions to add the Call Me Back service to your web site.
This version of Call Me Back™ gives you control over who can call you, when they can call you and allows you to brand the button and pages in your own style. We've set it up so that you can do it yourself if you are reasonably technically proficient and have the images to hand, or you can have you web designer do it for you. It is a simple process that should take no more than a few minutes to complete. Go to the Call Me Back™ Pro section in Package Builder to get started.
The Voipfone Call Me Back™ web button is a clever way of getting your customers to call you, perhaps as a way of driving sales from your web site or as part of a your customer support service it can help to reduce website bounces and increase sales.
The calls are free to your customers and very low cost to you (a fraction of the cost of an 0800 number for example). The button is free of charge, just help yourself to the code.
You only pay for the calls that are made when the button is used. If the call is from another Voipfone customer the call is totally free.
You need an image in either jpg or gif format that is 350 pixels wide and 45 pixels high. Save it somewhere on your PC then use the choose file button to find and select it. Once you've found your image click the save button.
You may not want the whole world to call you or maybe you do! Call Me Back Pro™ allows you to decide who can call you for free.
Just tick the boxes for the destinations you want, then press the save button.
Please note: THE DEFAULT SETTING IS 'ALLOW NO CALLS' - IF YOU TICK NO BOXES YOU WILL GET NO CALLS!
With Call Me Back Pro you can set the times your customers can call you so that you only receive calls when you want to. When you have made your choices click the save button.
Please note: Changes happen in real time so if you want to close your Call Me Back Pro service at any time outside your normal routine you can do so by changing the settings below. Don't forget to re-set them after!
Check open all day for the days you are open and uncheck closed all day for the days you are closed.
