Our Call Barring service allows you to filter out telesales and nuisance calls automatically.
You add a number to your blacklist by entering it from your online control panel or directly from your telephone by calling 1471 and pressing * immediately after receiving the nuisance call.
If you have a particular problem caller or feel like giving all anonymous callers a message they won’t forget quickly, you may choose to send it directly to our 166 anti-telesales number.
If you don’t know what this is, just dial 166 from your Voipfone service – the call is free.
