Extensions can have their own DDI (Direct Dial In). These are ordinary telephone numbers - 01, 02, 03. 08, etc - that anyone on any telephone network can call.
So as well as having one main number for your business which your receptionist (or our IVR or call queue) answers, you can also give individual numbers to people in your company who need to receive direct calls.
We can issue blocks of consecutive numbers too if you wish - just ask!
