Consolidated Billing

Consolidated billing means that all your monthly service charges can be added together to give you just one bill and one invoice per month, making life easier for all of us.

You will be aware that with Voipfone you can add and remove individual services whenever you like which means that you don't have to buy packages containing things you don't need and also allows you to add only those services that you really do want.

This feature is unique to Voipfone and provides a very flexible and extensible service, but it does mean that if you've grown with us and added various services at different times you will be getting several bills during the month, sometimes for small amounts like £1.

So now, when you next need to purchase something from us you will be given the option of having your bill consolidated.

If you choose this option, you will be asked to pay for all the services that you have which will re-set the billing dates on all of them to the same day. You will, of course, be credited with the unused time on the services that are being re-set.

For example: If you have a telephone number and now wish to buy a PBX extension this is what will happen. The new extension will go into your shopping basket as usual but we will also add your existing telephone number as though you are buying it from scratch too. The new extension will show the full price for 30 days but the price of your telephone number will be reduced by the number of days left before its renewal date. From then on the two will be billed together.

How Do I Get It?

Anyone buying a new service or calling credit from our package builder will be offered the chance to consolidate. So if you want it straight away you will need to purchase something - calling credit is probably the easiest way of doing this.

All new users since 22nd February 2008 already have consolidated billing - any new services bought subsequently will be consolidated automatically. So they need do nothing.
