How to Add Calling Credit

If you want to make calls to ordinary telephone numbers once your free minutes have been used up, you will need to add some credit to your account.

You can do this in the Package Builder, under the section 'Account Top Ups'.

If your constantly on the move and need to top up while your out you can do so from our Voipfone Mobile app which is available for Apple and Android devices.

Its also possible to top up your account using our SMS top up feature. Alternatively if you want to ensure that you never run out of calling credit its possible to set up an auto top up.

You can set the level at which your credit will be topped up automatically using the drop down menus below. We recommend that you set the trigger amount to about 10% of your top-up amount and adjust it as you get used to your calling habits.

You can also manage auto top up by logging in to your control panel. Auto top up automatically adds an account top up to your account when your balance falls to the set level.

There's also the option of inclusive monthly minutes. You can find separate packages for landlines and mobiles in the Package Builder.

The package minutes are re-billed every month and any unused minutes are not rolled into the next.
