Inet was founded in 2004 to develop telephony services using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and is now a leading provider in the UK offering a wide range of products and services to both business and residential customers.
We run a business class network and promote open connectivity, unlocked hardware and no-contract services. Consequently, we peer with any professionally run VoIP network, sell plug-and-play (but user configurable) equipment and provide no-commitment, no risk, pay as you go services.

Emergency Services
This service allows calls to the emergency services numbers 999 and 112. However, calls to these services may fail if there is a power cut or if your broadband connection fails.
Location information
When you complete the emergency services form on our website in ‘Your Account’, the address information you give us is passed by us to the Emergency Service data base to help them find you during a 999 call. You should therefore input the address where the service will be used. If you subsequently change your address you should update your details.
Reliability
This is a Voice over Data Network service, and as such, it is dependent on your connection to the data network and the data network itself. Your service may therefore cease to function if there is a power failure or a failure in the underlying data network.
Notification
You should inform potential users of these points and you should always have an alternative means of accessing 999/112 emergency services such as a mobile phone or landline.
