At the heart of our PBX is the switch. This switch allows you to send an incoming call exactly where you want it to go, when you want it to go there. So you can direct a call to any other number on your PBX or even outside it - to any other number or group of numbers that you select.

You can send it to your voicemail or your mobile or you can send it to all the telephone extensions you have and make them all ring at once or you can send it to your Call Queue, Call Group or IVR. Call Routing is a very powerful tool; we make it very simple to use.
