Music on hold support
Location: Services → Music On Hold
Using our music on hold page you can upload your own music that will be played while your callers are on hold.
You can upload as much as 15 files to be played at random for your callers, however the maximum length of any one audio file must be 5 minutes (if you we automatically truncate it).
Please ensure you have permission to use any files you upload.
You get started hit Add.
Click Choose File to select a file from your computer and hit Save to upload it.
You can delete any audio file you no longer need by checking the corresponding tick box followed by Deleted Selected.
